How the Process Works It is really quite simple. Once we agree on a package, you will then have to fill out a simple questionnaire to help our copywriters customize a message just for you. Once the script is written, you can review it and make modifications to your liking. Then, select the voice talent and background music you want and your custom tape is made. We ship the equipment (with the customized tape) directly to you. Installation is a breeze and we are always here to walk you through connecting it to your phone system. If you don´t have a phone system, you may purchase an adapter. When you want to change your message, just drop us an email with some of the information you want included. We´ll mail you a new tape that can be downloaded onto your on-hold equipment.
